The P40 Squad seeks to promote and further the goals of educational, scientific, and literary charitable organizations by fostering positive recognition for the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM) through developing charitable activities for student athletes

P40 Squad is providing an unprecedented opportunity for fans to interact with their favorite athletes while they receive the satisfaction of giving to support the Warhawks. Truly a win-win situation for everyone involved. Fans receive in person events, exclusive merchandising and regular updates on ULM’s involvement in this new world of college athletics.
BUSINESSES
For the first time ever, P40 Squad allows companies and organizations to work with specific teams or student athletes on specific opportunities such as pure promotion/endorsement, speaking opportunities, special events, and meet and greets. Businesses also get to be associated and recognized as strong supporters of Warhawk student-athletes.
ATHLETES
P40 Squad gives them resources and opportunities they deserve as a student athlete for ULM. We will give them experience and exposure while benefiting them financially. The P40 Squad gives them the opportunity to leverage themselves from their name, image, and likeness while receiving all the other benefits ULM has to offer.

I’ve heard of NIL, but what exactly is it?
The NCAA has implemented a new ruling referred to as name, image, and likeness (NIL) for student athletes to leverage and profit from their NIL. This allows athletes to partner with businesses and organizations to build their respective brands, creating a win-win relationship for the athletes as well as businesses.
How does the P40Squad help?
The P40Squad was formed by ULM supporters. Our goal is to empower student-athletes to utilize resources and opportunities. A strong NIL Foundation is a cornerstone to our future success in Warhawk Athletics.
Is the P40Squad affiliated with ULM?
While we are a separate organization, our official NIL group works with our student athletes and has the endorsement of ULM Athletics.
